SU, City Announce 'Buy a Home, Build a Business' Program

SALISBURY, MD---¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ Mayor Jake Day and ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ President Janet Dudley-Eshbach held a joint press conference to announce the “Buy a Home, Build a Business” program, a collaborative venture of the City, ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ Neighborhood Housing Services and SU.“Buy a Home, Build a Business” offers down payment and closing cost assistance to recent SU graduates hoping to start and headquarter a business in ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥. Legal guidance, business development advice and startup money is available for entrepreneurs to get their business off the ground, and up to $5,000 of closing cost and down payment assistance is available to facilitate the purchase of a home within City limits.
