PACE Co-Sponsors Wicomico Candidate Forums
SALISBURY, MD---¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥’s Institute for Public Affairs and Civic Engagement (PACE) and the ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ Area Chamber of Commerce are partnering to offer “Lunch and Learn” sessions with candidates for Wicomico County offices Fridays this summer.
Each session is held from noon-1 p.m. at the chamber’s business center, 144 E. Main St. The forum offers residents a chance to hear from the candidates in a non-confrontational setting.
Expected to attend the next Lunch and Learn on Friday, July 23, are: Wicomico County Council President Gail Bartkovich, District 1 council representative Sheree Sample-Hughes, at-large council candidate Michael Brewington, District 2 candidate Michael Calpino and county executive candidate Tom Taylor.
