Phonathon Caller: Job Description
The primary responsibility of this job is to call alumni to update contact information and ask for financial support of ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥. Applicants must be courteous, professional, and comfortable building rapport and establishing open and engaging conversations as ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ Ambassadors. SU knowledge, impeccable manners, a positive outlook and punctuality are a must!
Responsibilities
- Attend mandatory paid training session
- Accurately update contact information of alumni
- Positively representing the current student body to SU alumni
- Asking alumni for financial support of SU students, as outlined in the training packet
- Maintain confidentiality
- Be punctual and dependable

Requirements
Those selected for an interview will receive an email containing further instructions. Training is required for all callers.
- When: February 15 - March 13
- Where: SU ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ House, across Camden Avenue from Holloway Hall
- Hours: Available Calling Shifts Monday - Thursday at 5:00-8:00 p.m.
- Pay: $15/hour + performance-based bonuses
The deadline for applications is Monday, February 2 at 4:00 p.m.
