International students who have graduated or will graduate from secondary/high school and have not earned credits at a post-secondary institution (college or university) should apply as a first year student. Students who have graduated from high school and who have also earned credits at a post-secondary institution should apply as transfer students.
¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ require official transcripts for application review. All credentials must be official, original documents or notarized attested copies of the original. Documents must be mailed in a sealed envelope directly from a secondary school, examination board or university (see mailing address below) or emailed to admissions@salisbury.edu.

¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ requires all international applicants from a non-English speaking country to submit proof of English proficiency. Score results must be from a test taken within the past three years. Official test scores must be sent directly from the testing organization to ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥.
English proficiency can be demonstrated by submitting/completing ONE of the following official scores/programs:
